Leveraging the value of a world-renowned London address


Sometimes it can be difficult to see your own advantages – all too often we carry on in blissful ignorance of features and benefits that are right under our nose.


When a practice of medical consulting rooms in Harley Street approached us asking for ways to increase footfall, we undertook an analysis. We discovered that a significant proportion of users were therapists, recruited mainly by word of mouth, attracted by the Harley Street name. This led to a clear strategy – to create a dedicated psychotherapy practice – and the 96 Harley Psychotherapy brand was born.
